F/S: George Kell comm. cover (SOLD)

George Kell signed commemorative cover (Galasso). Bold, blue ballpoint ink signature. Cover commemorates HOF induction and is postmarked July 31, 1983 from Cooperstown. Has the 20 cent Babe Ruth stamp. Nice linen photo of Mr. Kell is on (L) side of cover.
