Personally it think the whole thing is a hoot and quite laughable. If anything Sean should have taken the high road and not acknowledged Rick and let Rick continue to hang himself which wouldn�t be hard for old "Gizmo" to do based on history alone.

Sean may be a great guy but in my opinion he looks almost as bad as Rick. The whole I�m going to sue you, oh yeah well I�m going to sue you just looks like two guys having a cat fight and issuing hollow threats etc. based just upon this neither of these guys are high up on my rush to do business with list.

Just my two cents I�m sure I�m alone and missing the bigger picture etc.
