I recognize some of George Burke's work (the shot of Rabbit Maranville squatting down next to mascot Paul Dominick stands out for one), but a number were shot after Burke's heart attack forced his retirement. There is a possibility that George Brace may have shot some, but certainly if you have the original negatives to any, then it would be safe to say that they are your uncle's work.
I would guess the size to be 4"x6" on these, which was a size commonly used by Burke and Brace, but not exclusive to them. I haven't handled enough of your uncle's photos to know if that is a size that he commonly used. I know you said there are no stampings, but are there any markings besides stamping on the back of any of them?
