I got a quick response from the seller :
"they are not glossy, they are regular paper, I wish I knew how they were issued and where they come from, but I don't -67tovar" Because the vast majority of M113/114 supplements are on glossy paper (the exception is the 17.5 X 20 poster sized 1957 issue), I'm thinking these are some sort of reprint, but I may have to buy one to convince myself that I'm not wrong.
