RR Auctions - extra PSA Cert purchase
I notice on most of this auction house's items they offer the PSA cert for a mere $250 extra
http://www.rrauction.com/bidtracker_detail.cfm?IN=1446 I have a problem with it, in that I've never seen other auction houses charge extra. On the one hand they don't force you to get it, but still irks me. Should be included. And $250 seems a bit high, or is that what PSA charges for a Ruth & others team ball?
