Vander Meer oddball?
Maybe I'm losing my mind?
 Probably... I couldn't resist picking up these original circa 1938 sterling silver cufflinks and tie pin that feature a calendar with June 11th marked. June 11th, 1938 is the date that Johnny Vander Meer threw his first of two consecutive no-hitters. Honestly, I have no way to directly link these personally to Vander Meer (yet), but what a strange coincidence. These literally landed in my lap and I felt that they should end up in my advanced Vandy collection since the price was right and I think they are cool. Happy New Year to everyone on net54!
