New guy here, started collecting in October of 2013. So far I have been collecting HOFers from the 50s and 60s that are PSA graded. I felt this was the best way to avoid being ripped off since I'm new.
With the help of some great folks on here I have started exploring some raw cards and even purchased a few 1953 Bowman raws (waiting on them to arrive). I ordered a 10x Loupe and and halogen desk lamp. My goals for 2014 are to learn more about raw cards, continue to purchase them and get a better understanding of evaluating raw cards.
