I just wanted to update this thread and say thank you to all those who have offered to donate to this little trip down memory lane. I have received a good many PM's from folks offering lots but am still looking to build this set. Even if you have a sizable lot I might be willing to make a deal on it. I am thinking about building a 2nd set, or at lease a good starter to give to my brother. After all they were really his to begin with. He isn't a collector but I know he would enjoy flipping through them like the good old days.

A funny story about this set. I remember trading away a Nolan Ryan for an Ed Ott because I thought Nolan was a weird name and Ed Ott sounded cooler to me.

Great times. Please PM me with any other lots and what you might want for them.
