A temporary power outage, but no lack of good cards & communication
Enjoyed my three hours at the twice-a-year Washington State Sports Collectors Association show today. Early on, attendees experienced a power outage due to the wind and rain. Fortunately, the generator(s) kicked in immediately providing light to 90% of the showroom.
If you are in the area, catch this show tomorrow (Sunday). You'll find an excellent selection of old major (American, National and PCL) and minor league (all others excluding the PCL) baseball cards (and associated memorabilia) from area and out of state dealers. And the conversation is top-notch. The WSSCA guys put on a fine show and the dealers are the best!
