Back from the National looking for hockey
So I am back from the National and missed the Net54 hockey guys. I was keeping my eye out for Blair and Jeff, but didn't see ya.
It was a reasonably disappointing show for vintage hockey options, in my opinion. Same dealers with same cards as previous shows and the prices were quite high even for the more common 51 Parkhurst set I am building. I didn't see one C56 in the whole show and I went through the show twice! I did meet a few new vintage hockey friends and was able to hold the C55 Vezina SGC 96 that was sold through Goodwin last year, so that was the treat of the show for me! I am heading to Toronto in November, so I hope I get to see/meet some people up there!
