Windows phone can run excel spreadsheets. And they can be synched through skydrive. So you could have the spreadsheet available on computer, phone and tablet, always updated.

My wife showed me one of her stamp spreadsheets this evening when I asked. I forgot to ask if the file is on the cloud (skydrive) and run from various devices, or if it's retained on the device.

I suppose a disclaimer is on order as well, or maybe a claimer. My wife works for Microsoft, but not directly on those products.

Other systems may offer something similar, but I have no experience with them.
