To each our own I would love to own a 52 Topps Mantle in PSA 9 or 10!!! To me it is the ultimate card in our hobby (and by far the nicest looking card as well....the blue sky is simply amazing)....people simply loved the Mick and people still love him!!! Yes I own a 52 Topps Mantle but will be buying a Ruth rookie some time in the near future and the 52 will always be more treasured to me...even if I had a T206 Wagner the 52 would still be # 1 to me!!! Ruth and Wagner are not very photogenic they both look weird to me!! Mantle on the other hand has the full baseball American image...and his cards look much much better than those 2 other famous players.
