I still think the E107 Wagner SGC 50 went cheap. I understand that $125K is a lot of $$$, but I thought that card was going to go at least $175K. I wouldn't have been surprised if it went over $200K.
In my opinion, the Matty card should go for around $165K. It wouldn't surprise me if it went over $200K as well, because I really believe it's worth that much. The Wagner & Matty E107's each have less than 10 examples known. E107's seem to have a very thin collector base. If the "whales" don't need the card, who know where it will end up. Another factor is that there are a lot of E107's hitting the market in a short time frame. I'll let the market decide, but these are just my opinions. Tony |
