Yes.
I've been using Collectibles Insurance Agency for years. I've never had a claim, but I have heard anecdotal evidence that they are reasonable with claims. Quite frankly, the insurance pays for itself simply by then not having to buy postal insurance. It is relatively inexpensive IMO. http://collectinsure.com/ I have no interest in the company.
