Hope for Charities Auction Update Buyer Beware
Anybody had any experiences with this auction house? I won an auction and paid via Paypal. Six weeks later, no item, unanswered emails and phone messages.
Oddly Paypal won't allow a dispute as it is "not a purchase of goods or services". Scott Last edited by sb1; 04-30-2013 at 06:57 PM.
