Your top Michigan pennant is the earlier of the two. I would say teens to twenties. The bottom one I am not so sure of. Most of the earlier ones that have sewn on leather are from that same era, but the tagging and shape of the sewn on letters make me think it is later, maybe 20-30's. They both appear oversize (closer to 36 inches), but the top one is definitely the older and better of the two. For value, I would say $150-200 for the top one and 100-125 for the bottom one.
