I have an original Malcolm Emmons Type 1 photo of Koufax that I could make available (Emmons stamp on back). Emmons is perhaps the most respected of the Post-war Photographers... His work was used for infinite Sports Illustrated Covers, as well as the famous 2' X 3' SI Posters of the 1960s.
