David I read those rules as well and took it for what it is.
Honestly, You might find it best to leave board administration issues over there and not worry about them here. This is no rip on you but I know I am tiring of all the garbage that is happening across the street and come here to get away from the childish behavior and blatant BS. Lets talk cards and not worry too much about how other boards run their business. Again, I hope I am not stepping on your toes as I certainly don't mean to.
