The Czar has a new rule
With a possible total of only 23 points available in this competition, the likelihood of a tie seems to be more than a remote possibility, especially if we get 8000 entries
 .I am therefore proposing an over/under tie breaker for the Super Bowl Round only. This will apply only to those with a chance of tying for the title at that point. I expect a rousing "Great idea! Frank" from the minions, and from Phil so that only one trophy will be needed.
