Ballantine Beer Banner & Ruppert Knickerbocker Sign

I saw these at a local antique shop. I don't know if they're common or not. Sorry, I didn't ask for prices. If you have interest, I can provide the dealer's contact info. He doesn't do Ebay or other online auctions.
