sheet numbers....

funny thing i can't figure out with them, why are they just on sweet cap fact 30 and 25's??? why not on any other backs??? has anyone seen one from lets say piedmont?? fact 42 or at very least 25 ect???

i know sweet caps had alot of factory desigs but
