Need help with COA question please

I have acquired a large autograph collection. Sports/actors/entertainers/historical/political/foreign. I am not an autograph collector as much as cards but need to get some of it worked on. Any suggestions as for JSA or PSA? Does one field go better with another? Encapsulation of index card autos? etc.?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
