up for sale are the following sporting news issues:
August 20, 1947

Excellent content:

*Connie mack outlines managerial pricipals
*bob fellers barnstormer to play in mexico city
*new manager mccarthy will guid all deals for the resox
*couple of photos of joe d & jackie robinson
*old timers paread of past at yanke stadium september 28 including cobb, ruth, speaker, cy young, lefty grove chief bender, george sisler]
*jackie Robinson photo dangling the rookie of the year award before the sparkling eyes of jackie jr
*hitting fundamentals explained by hornsby
*huge pull out of wilson applauding the chapms of the game yanks & dodgers (team photos of each... this would mek a wonderful display!!!

Best part about these is that each has a huge wonderful looking chesterfield display piece (these would look great matted). the first has Ted Williams, and the second Joe Dimaggio
