Default Vintage NY Champions Chocolate Baseball Box Questions

Hi-
I recently acquired the NY Champions box pictured below and I was wondering if anyone could help me with some questions I have concerning it.
Is it from the 1880s? I saw a picture of one on Cycleback's vintage baseball website labeled 1880s NY Giants. I also found three other examples (including the very one I now own) in two old Hunt auctions (labelled 1880s-1900) and an REA auction (ca 1900). The last one I found in my searches was sold in 2006. Have any been sold more recently? Any information regarding the maker or what the candy looked like? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Alan Elefson

Edit: I found an example (most likelly mine) that sold in 2007 in Heritage. Any sales post 2007?
