Thanks for posting the above, Yes that is one of the documents that came out of the Collection. It was a pretty amazing group. Bill Corcoran and I bought it in its entirety. In 1921 writer Fred Lieb along with photographer Charles Conlon were going to release a set of cards of the players and had every rostered player sign the release documents. (Including Daubert) , Then in 1928 they did the same, so there were two sets of documents. Then a printers strike followed by the Great Depression doomed the issue of the card set. The only names missing when we bought the collection were Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig which the original owner had given away back in the 1950's
