The description sounds as if he's making a joke. Why do you need money before you go to Marines boot camp? I hear they provide free clothes, lodging and food. If he said he needed money to put his dog through college, that might have been more believable.
#1 irule in buying: If the seller doesn't say it's authentic, pass. As with many scammers, no where does this guy say he's offering an authentic T206. #1 rule in selling: If you don't know the item is authentic, you shouldn't be selling it. Last edited by drc; 08-18-2012 at 11:50 AM.
