+1 for a Colt sighting!
The only place I ever saw these offered were from Richard Gelmans catalog. Given that his warehouse had a big fire in the late '70's, that might explain the water damage they are often found with. Strange that they are so often found with wax stains yet a wrapper has never surfaced (to the best of my knowledge) and only 1 box. I"m not doubting they were ever found in packs given the wax stains, but wonder if they were issued in a wrapper that doesn't indicate Greatest Moments, perhaps in Topps typical white test wrapper.
