Help identifying Decatur Illinois Staley's Team 1920's

The photo came from my Great Grandmother and pictures a football team from Decatur Illinois with my Great Grandfather, Carl Davis, and his team. The date on the picture is 1921 and my Grandfather was employed at Staleys. I do not see the necessary players that are listed for the Staley's/Bears so wondering if anyone can help identify what team this might be.
