Well, going from your scans:
1. I believe the image is from a Wendt shoot and is 2nd generation. 2. It appears to be printed rather than photographic. Perhaps a halftone print or photogravure. 3. Looks too thin to be a true cabinet. 4. It looks very much like the 1920s "cabinets" that are shown on page 66 of the current edition of my book. My best guess is it is from the teens or twenties. Obviously I'd know more from handling the item directly.
