I do not think it is a repo as such but it is not a type 1 as all of the photo guys talk about. Since it has the photographers sticker on the back of the frame it must have been sold latter.
A major baseball dealer in the Philly area, Delco Cards worked out a deal with the family and used the original negative to make copies in early 2000 and he sold them for about $50.00 to $125 depending on frame etc. Guessing this one was done prior to 1963
