Yup, DEFINITE fake. The wonky colors aside, the Yankee's team logo is all wrong...far too detailed, far too precise. The baseball has indivdual stitches, whereas on an authentic example, they are far less defined, resembling red dots or ovals more than anything.
Also, the signature is too high. On an authentic example, the tail of "Y" in Mickey should be practically touching the inner border. Also I'm pretty sure the left side is frosted (the seller has evidently tried to conceal this by putting it on a light colored background). I'm messaging him right now, and reporting the auction. IIRC, if enough of us flag the auction, Ebay will automatically pull it down. |
