Problematic card, slab and price

I recognize that the TPGers are human and all companies have made errors, but 1. Why does the flip say Tolstoi?  2. Should a "4 back" variation receive a numerical grade or should it receive an "Authentic"? 3. Is this puppy really worth $795.00? Are any of you miscut collectors going to jump on this one at that price? 4. I've chimed in negatively on threads regarding cracking slabs to let cards breathe, but this is a slab that even I would crack, but not for respiratory concerns.
