If that's a PSA holder, where's the PSA logo that should be engraved in the lower-right corner of both the front and back halves of the holder?
Also, there should be two small, clear "squares" on each side edge, and on the bottom, and one small, clear "sqare" on the top. If those things aren't there, and it's a PSA holder, IMHO, it's a fake. Additionally, the outer edge, to me anyway, looks more like and SGC holder than a PSA holder. SGC however, doesn't have that "cloudy" border; that's a PSA trait.
