It's not only buyers with 0 feedback who don't pay. Most of my non payers have had a fair amount of feedback.
You cannot count on eBay to come to your aid. Since it is a contract between buyer & seller, there must be some way of going after the buyer. I am not a lawyer so I wouldn't know. Probably wouldn't be worth the expense of pursuing this. I always thought that it would be a great idea to put out the names of the non payers so that we can keep an eye out for these "losers". For every non payer, there are hundreds of good buyers out there. So, the odds are still in our favor. Happy Holidays to All!
