Just the facts
David
If you look at the total population on the UES of NYC, more people actually rent than own. Owning an apartment is not of interest to us. Why are you so concerned about our financials? And why do you refuse to address any of the other questions we asked? We will be at the Yankee game tomorrow (great forecast)- hope DJ gets his two hits as we have other plans for Sunday. As a professor, you are well aware about the dangers of making assumptions.So when and if you want to present a detailed summary of our collection, all of our other assets, our business transactions for the past twenty years, and you have interviewed our friends and colleagues, we will be happy to the share the results of your research with the Board.
