I was just thinking about the same thing last night. I was going through the Old Judge book and was wondering why there are six poses of a guy like Emil Geiss but really just one of Anson. If there are other photos of him in uniform (That are not team photos) from the same time frame, that would make it an even bigger mystery to me.
