That waxy paper on the Polar Bear pack reminds me of other cigarette and tobacco packs from the 1920s. It seems to me the wax paper wrapping came into vogue between 1917-1920, but was not seen on T206 era packs of any brand. Can anyone confirm? If true, this is a good tip towards dating packs, in the absence of a specific date overstamped.
