cubs pennant

Mike, I saw your cubs pennant post and had to reply. About 10 years ago I won in auction a similar pennant, had it framed and is currently on my wall. Last week I saw another with an identical smaller pennant. I threw in, what I thought was a very low bid and won the lot. I am posting both pictures and asking if the small pennant is from the same time period.
