Yankees Stadium Subway stop light?
Hey guys,
Wanted to pick your brains on a recent piece I picked up. It is a subway/train switch light, that has the glass lens on front reading New York Yankees. The sign definitely shows some age, is made of glass and cast aluminum, and is made by the LFE company. I swear I saw a similar sign posted somewhere on net54 in the past, but for the life of me, I can't find it on any search. There is a similar sign on an online antique shop for sale, made by the same company with a slightly different design, that they list as a Yankees stadium subway stop light. At some point in the recent past, the light was wired to a modern electric plug, and it works perfectly. Has anyone seen these lights/signs before? Were they used in or around Yankees Stadium or at the stadium train stop? Any opinions or thoughts would be most appreciated. thanks - Here are photos, KJ Sign Unlit  Sign plugged in  Top of light to show age
