I buy my regular top loaders and bubble envelopes at the dollar store. I get a pack of top loaders for $1 compared to $2.50 at the card store. Envelopes i get 4 for 1$ of the smaller size and 3 for 1$ for the larger ones.
For the thicker top loaders, i still have to go to the card store. I know Wallyworld (Walmart) carries them, but i always found them a little pricey.
