New Cobb/Ty Cobb card at the Philly show....the 14th copy ?
A (new to the hobby) Red Cobb with a Ty Cobb Smoking Tobacco back was at the Philly Show this weekend. It's a less than Vg example;
nevertheless, it was really nice to get a close look at this card. Comparing it with several T206 red Cobb's, this Ty Cobb backed card has a richer color of red. And, contrary to previous reports, there is no gloss on the front of this card. I know this will spark the usual debate, but according to my count, this is the 14th known copy of this card. There are the original 12..... then the one in Senator Russell's collection.....and now, this new one. TED Z
