It was a joke so dont get too riled up, but the Yankees have been buying the best players in Baseball since 1919. In the old days it was by paying the minor league teams the highest amount for promising players, now it is through Free Agency. It is not a new thing.
Are they the most successful Franchise in Sports History? Yes Do they run a great business from a monetary standpoint? Yes Do they break any rules by buying all the best players in Baseball? No As a fan do I hate their guts? Absolutely! Dont take it personally or get upset, just one fans opinion. |
