1955 Robert Gould All Stars cards
I picked up a stack of over 20 Robert Gould All Star cards recenltly. I am trying to decide what to do with them as I am not inclined to attempt to complete the set. I've researched this forum as well as Ebay, about all I can find in terms of their value is a couple cards listed "Buy it now" for upwards of $200.
My questions are: 1) Are any of the cards considered scarce (compared to others in the same set)? 2) What is a reasonable value for a common player? 3) Why are the statues that came with the cards worth so much less(at least that's what I read) when I have had a VERY difficult time finding a single picture of one of the statues - they seem more rare than the cards? Here are a couple of the cards. Thanks, Greg |
