Yeah the Courier Journal is highly liberal. The only problem I have with him when he voted against the bailout for the auto makers. Ford may be the number 2 employer in the state (I know it's number 2 in Louisville) and when you vote against the bill, you are voting against workers you represent. I thought if you are elected by the people you are for the people.

Again, I respect him as a ball player and a person, just not as a politician. There is a reason you are voted in the HOF. He was a great pitcher during his time.
