The USPS is really bad lately

I have also been having difficulties with the USPS. I will usually send a friendly reminder after a week if I haven't received payment from a buyer. Those reminders have increased dramatically over the last couple of months. For the most part, when payment does arrive, the canceled stamp is usually dated 5 to 7 days ago. No idea what is slowing things down. I am actually waiting to complete a transaction with a board member...held up because a payment that I sent over a week ago has yet to arrive.
