Fake Cobb

There is currently a listing on Ebay featuring a 1914 CJ Cobb. It's PSA graded 8. As of Sunday morning (12:35 a.m. Iowa time) bid was $117.50. User ID is "private" (the #1 reason why I think it's fake). The seller is selling under the name investinginpaper. Ebay item # is 5222850431. IF it is fake, when PSA graded the card, should they have disclosed the fact they had graded a reprint card, and NOT an authentic example.
