Mays & Koufax Auto

Does anyone have a good address, phone # or email address for Willie Mays or Sandy Koufax? Years ago I was able to get Mays to sign cards for me through the mail. I think it was called the Say Hey Foundation. For a price he would sign. Some how I've lost the address (its not his home address).

I would appreciate any help on both players.
