Anyone else have a difficult time stomaching this auction?

It's the high bidder who has a serious problem of not paying for what he wins. He has been booted from ebay many times and always "wants and intends" to do the right thing....and still owes some board member(s) money....kind of like me being addicted but not paying for what I win (which I don't do).....ANYONE would get a bad reputation like that....regards all
