agreed on the grading, but all deals have been smooth

I had heard about the grading, so I called in and had someone pull a card and describe it in detail. They were nice enough but kept telling me it was a solid vg. I paid a 'good' price and that's what it was; however, the deal was smooth. Also, they have bought several cards from me and those deals were smooth as well. I have no hesitance at all in buying cards from them off ebay (if the price is okay), or from their catalog if there is a picture - I just call in to get more detail.
