What the heck is going on here?

I had a jackass who bid and never paid, then turned around and give me my first negative in over 3000 transactions. Not only wouldn't ebay remove it, the guy has had 4 or 5 negatives in the last month and ebay is so gutless they won't boot him. Amazing. They have made a ton of money off me in the last 5 years but it doesn't seem to matter. I guess on looking at the items this clown has bid on like outdoor fish pool liners and magazines with naked pictures of Markey mark, that he...no that's not nice
